We hired James and Andrew to inspect a house we are buying. They delivered to us a comprehensive, detailed report and then James walked us through the report. It covered everything from the minor (wasps nest) to the major (gas leak). We will be able to use their report to not only requests repairs before due diligence but will also have it a a reference to guide us for ongoing improvements and maintenance. We will recommend HelloPro to anyone who asks.

Alex and his father are exceptional! Very knowledgeable, great communicators and kind.
