Let me start off by saying that James and Alex are both absolutely awesome. I spoke with Alex and he was very helpful, informative and professional. He helped me set up my appointment for my home inspection. James completed my inspection and he was absolutely amazing, very patient, professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure that we understood the inspection details, pictures and etc. Definitely would prefer them. I will definitely use them again.

James and Blake did a thorough inspection of the home. They were professional, punctual, and detailed. They took pictures to document everything which was a huge help to us. They also ordered their list of suggested repairs by priority of safety and also by those repairs which might require professionals/skilled craftsmen. We were very pleased because our inspection report was ready the same day as the inspection. This timeliness helped us make a list of repairs in time for completion before closing.
