Thoroughly impressed with HSS! We had a busted water heater in the attic , which caused damage to floors, walls, and ceilings. HSS were very prompt and efficient in making sure the water was dried up and preventing mold and mildew. Always reliable. If they gave you an appointed time, they were there. If not, they always called and gave updates to how long before they would get there and even the reason why. Looking forward to them doing the reconstruction now. We had a water heater leak in the Attic that spilled over into our kitchen ceiling and surrounding walls. We contracted with Harper special services for repair. They came out in a timely manner for an estimate, and follow up contractor to review what the repair would be. The contractors group was very professional and efficient. It looks like nothing happened downstairs in my kitchen. They were very kind and didn't awesome job.!

I experienced a severe leak from my dishwasher that ruined my hardwood floors, walls, and baseboards. I contacted my insurance company soon after the problem was diagnosed. After speaking with the insurance company, I decided to use a company on their list for mitigation and restoration: Harper Services. Kaley Duckworth, project manager, contacted me within minutes after ending the call with the insurance company. The mitigation crew she sent over was very professional, helpful, and understanding.
