Our experience with Harper Special Services was extremely positive. From start to finish, all of the Harper Team members were very professional and involved. Harper worked well and closely with my insurance company, taking some of the burden of stress away from a chaotic situation. Project Manager Kaely Duckworth is committed to excellence. Kaely was personally involved in every phase of our residential water damage reconstruction, making many trips to our house, to ensure perfection. Thank you Kaely, and all of the Team at Harper, for your dedication toward expertly reconstructing our kitchen, laundry room, master-bath, and half-bath. The team at Harper did an outstanding job helping us recover from a busted water pipe on the 2nd floor that caused severe damage throughout the house. From Scott handling the mitigation crew quickly and thoroughly to our reconstruction manager Brian's guidance of timely and high quality construction work, the people at Harper did a great job. The subs who handled carpentry, painting, and tile work all did high quality work and were committed to getting the job done right. Thanks to Brian for the long hours overseeing a tough project.

Anthony and Jeremy were great. They were very thorough, making sure they removed all the water damaged flooring, etc. They provided explanations about each step of the process. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Harper Solutions is the best contractor that I’ve worked with so far! We had a bathroom flood that caused damage to several rooms and they were able to help remodel and repair all of the damaged areas. Kaely and her team were super helpful, accommodating, and communicative every step of the way. It was a long process to complete everything, but they made sure we knew what was happening every step of the way!

HHS is wonderful! We had extensive damage to our roof and multiple rooms from an oak tree falling during Hurricane Helene.
