The staff communicated very effectively with us by giving clear explanations, providing regular updates, promptly responding to our calls and texts, and patiently answering our questions. Harper special services did a fantastic job. They came out right away after water heater in the attic busted. His guys were very professional, the removed insulation an installed fans and dehumidifier same afternoon. They explained what the process would Require, came back every day to monitor progress.
