After our house flood, HSS made a stressful situation so much easier. They responded quickly, worked efficiently, and kept everything organized from start to finish. The quality of their work was excellent, and they completed repairs faster than we expected.
They also handled working with our insurance company seamlessly, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Communication was clear the entire time, and we always knew what to expect.

In February, we experienced a bit of a setback at home that required some reconstruction. The process was quite stressful, but we couldn’t have imagined how much more so it would have been without Harper Special Services. Our project manager, Kaely, was fantastic. She was both professional and personable, which made the entire process so smooth. She was always attentive, available, and treated our home with the utmost care. She also had a fantastic team that she managed so well! We’re really happy with the new work that was done, and we’d definitely recommend Harper Special Services to anyone, especially Kaely Duckworth she is the best.

Harper Special Services was assigned to us by our homeowners insurance provider and couldn't have been happier. Luis was in charge of the mitigation process and he and his crew were great. Kaely was the project manager for the rebuild process and was also great. Everyone from HSS, and their subcontractor Redevelopment Services, who stepped into our home was very respectful of our space.

When we got the call that our house had flooded, Harper Special Services was called, they showed up immediately and began working. They were awesome and explained everything to us that they were doing and what had to be done. We met Scott Stallings, the Mitigation Manager first. Scott is very professional and was very reassuring that everything was going to be alright. Scott and his crew came in and began working very hard and steady to clear up the water. Scott stayed in constant contact with us regarding the moving of the process and what we should expect next. James came out NEXT DAY and was SUPER helpful and polite. Assisted me quickly. No pressure, and identified the issue and scope of work immediately. Ultra professional. That's not always a given in Savannah. Don't hesitate.

They were there on the scheduled time and were very informative about what they were going to do. They were concerned with my needs to make sure that my family was in no danger from any mold. They were easy to get in touch with at anytime of day. I would Highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently worked with Harper Special Services (HSS) after water damage from a leaking shower required replacing all the hardwood floors on the first floor of our home. HSS was recommended by USAA, and now we completely understand why.

From start to finish, the entire process was organized, efficient, and professionally handled. HSS coordinated directly with our insurance company, scheduled packers to carefully remove our belongings, helped us select materials for both the new hardwood floors and the shower remodel, and managed every detail of the project. Their team installed beautiful new hardwood flooring, completed precise tile work in the new shower, painted all baseboards and trim, and even tackled the ceiling in our 20+ foot living room along with all the walls.
