I shopped online and communicated via chat with Michael. My wife was interested in a different color and Michael directed us to those appliances with that color - Black Stainless. Michael was very informative and helpful. We made a purchase and scheduled delivery/installation, which was onky a few days out. We had a great buying experience. We'll be back in a couple of months to purchase the other 2 appliances to go with the ones we purchased today.
