I contacted Hahn-line and Michael was my sales contact. He was informative and somewhat responsive. It felt like he was juggling two or three of us at a time. That wasn’t an issue for me. My item was in stock. I came to the store, paid for the appliance and drove to the warehouse to get the unit. Easy peasy.
