I wanted to order a new double oven wall unit from Hahn Appliance, but was apprehensive about ordering it online. When I found the one I wanted on the computer, there was already customer service asking if I needed help. I was able to communicate online with someone who gave me the phone number to customer service.
I called customer service, and the representative who assisted me, Donathan, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He put my mind at ease within a minute or two, and guided me through the entire process, explaining each step to me in detail. In under 10 minutes, the order was complete, and I felt much more confident after our conversation than I did going into it.
I'm happy to say, (and so grateful, believe me) that my experience with Hahn's customer service department was a pleasant one.

I buy all of my appliances at Hahn Appliances because they have proven to me over the years that they stand behind their products.
