It was a very easy shopping experience. Donovan Clark was very helpful and really showed us the best options for fridge and dishwasher. We really appreciate the assistance he gave us.

The salesperson (Josh Poindexter) was informative, helpful, and attentive but not aggressive. He never tried to oversell us or sell us appliances we didn't need. The store was great, very clean, and well organized and they had the options we wanted that the other bigger chain stores apparently don't carry. Plus their prices were very competitive. They had lower priced all the way up to top of the line appliances too. We plan to go again for our washer and dryer.

Was a pleasure from the start. Not only the salesman who sold me the appliance over the phone as well as Jenny letting me know when to expect delivery and right down to the 2 delivery guys. They were so friendly and helpful. Great experience and I would highly recommend Hahn Appliance.
