Our Salesman, Jordan, was very knowledgeable. The rest of the employees were all smiles. And making sure we had been helped by a salesman. We stepped out and then we had a different salesman (I don’t remember his name). We ended up picking a range. We’re also looking at the refrigerator that is in that line. Same black stainless as the range. We’re not quite ready to purchase them yet. But we will be ordering soon.

The advertised item was conveniently out of stock and on backorder (with no known date of availability). The salesman was very helpful and pleasant and helped us find another item that was priced decently although several hundred more than the advertised item that we came for. The experience was good overall but I question if the original item was actually ever available or if the advertised item and price existed for the sole purpose of bringing people in to upsell them?
