You all do a lot of tv commercials, and of course, everyone likes Gentry. I have a suggestion though to get more exposure on your commercials. I suggest to start making some commercials that contain some bloopers from some of the commercials that are made. Maybe a few clips at the end of a commercial might be good. I think it would help create some online views that maybe another potential crowd of buyers would see. I was also enjoy seeing the messed up lines, tripping etc...

Bought a washer and dryer from them a year ago, dryer has broken down 4 times for the same thing. They refuse to replace it and blame me for it breaking and we need to clean our vent. vents clean, been clean for a while but keeps breaking. Now even though i bought the extended warranty they will not replace or now fix it without charging.
Do not buy here, they will not back their products fully

Customer servive contacted me, worked everything out quickly, found out the warrenty companty was the ones telling me lies and they fixed them. Guy came out and took time and found out the defect with the dryer and fixed it. all professional and polite. Hahn stepped up to the plate and fufilled everything they promised.
