Prices were very competitive.. Sales accurately told the truth about the appliances that I was looking at to purchase.. Meaning I did my homework and know what the sales guy was saying.. No bull here..!

I was recommended to Hahn after Lowes couldn't install a new dishwasher without destroying our counter or flooring. I took the measurements to Hahn, picked a dishwasher, and they got the old one out and new one installed with no problems. I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism.

I was very pleasantly surprised to see the gentlemen that showed up to deliver my new refrigerator. Since we purchased it at the scratch and dent store I anticipated that the installers might not be the same as the regular store but the were. They behaved and looked professional. They were very polite and took care not to scratch my new (already scratched) refrigerator. Also they were knowledgeable about my refrigerator and told me how long I needed to wait to put groceries in it and also how long before I would have ice. They also told me to run a couple of gallons of water through it so that I would not have to dump the first batch of ice. They even helped me put my furniture back in place before they left.

I purchased a dryer on April 7th. The salesman listened to what I wanted and led me to the dryer type and price I was interested in. He answered all my questions and did not pressure me to make a purchase or to buy a higher price dryer. Delivery was set up for April 11th. On April 11th I received a phone call, as promised, to tell me they would be at my home in 30 minutes. The two man team efficiently removed the old dryer and installed the new one. They spent a few minutes getting the dryer leveled and turned it on and made sure it worked. They were very courteous and friendly. I am very satisfied with the experience. This was the third major purchase I have made from Hahn's over the years and I have been very satisfied with their work.

I just wanted to let everyone know of the generosity shown by Hahn Appliance, its management and staff in helping to provide washer/dryer units for a group of very special people. They went above and beyond in helping our youth group surpass our goal of providing a washer/dryer unit for Camp Barnabas - a camp for special needs children in Missouri. With Hahn Appliance's help we were able to provide two high quality sets to help with the laundry needs of this very special camp. Sean and Tyler took the time to carefully explain the benefits of the many different types of washer/dryers units that they stocked in their store and did everything they could to assure that we were able to get the best equipment available at a very generous price. Very Helpful. The installer's made sure it was hooked up properly before they left and very helpful as well! We will be going back for every appliance we purchase in the future.
