I purchased a dishwasher and paid the $100 to have it delivered, installed, and the old one hauled away. I am so glad I did! The existing dishwasher had been installed by someone years before and had been glued in place. It took Hahn 3 visits and for them bringing out a machine that I can only describe as the "Jaws of Life" to remove the old appliance. This machine actually cut the dishwasher in pieces without damaging any cabinets. The technicians never told me they could not do the job NOR was it EVER suggested that the $100 fee did not cover such a complex, time-consuming, and 3-visit-job. I am very grateful for such wonderful service. They actually did this install about a year ago but I was so impressed that I promised myself to write a review and here it is.
