I'm extremely proud of the help I got from all the employees from buying our dishwasher to help loading itin my truck.

I've bought many appliances for a couple of homes from Hahn's and always have a good experience! Got a new washer/ dryer set today and Perry and Kyle took care of everything within 30 min and explained everything thoroughly! Thanks Hahns.

Customer service is great without the sales people being too pushy. I love that they have so many models to see.

I've purchased 2 appliances from Hahn Appliance in the last couple of months - a refrigerator and a cooktop. I went into their store to purchase the refrigerator. Their store is large, bright, and clean, and overall I found it to be a nicer shopping experience than the other appliance retailers I visited. Sales people are attentive but give you space to browse without hovering.

The refrigerator was delivered when they said it would be, although I was initially skeptical because it seemed too good to be true - they had the lowest price and said they could get it in weeks before another major retailer in town could. Hahn followed through and delivered it on time, and the delivery personnel were great.
