I found the website easy to navigate, I then followed up with a call to the store for details ab the extended warranty. My salesman, Britt White, was very polite, knowledgable & helpful, I was surprised & certainly pleased to learn that if you do not have a claim during your warranty period Hahn will refund the full amount of your warranty dollars to a store credit. Being able to order online & over the phone was so convenient firstly because of Covid concerns & secondly because I live one hour away from Tulsa. The people where nice as soon as I entered the building they where ready to help me. I told them what I was looking for and even though the washer I wanted was on order I was offered another washer and the person wasn't just trying to make a sale but was trying to help me save some money since the washer was a little over my budget thanks for the help and I would like to add the prices where cheaper than other places I looked at and I also noticed that the machines here where more update with the price then some places.
