Salesmen were slow to ask if we needed help. After they came to help us they said the units we were looking for were not in stock. So we had to look at more expensive models. I worked with Derrick. Very knowledgeable on his products. He was not pushy and he gave me space to look at products I was interested in but stayed within earshot for questions. He was laid back and relatable. This was my first time at Hahn’s and I will return. The prices were competitive and there was no extra charge for delivery!. Facility was clean and well organized. Cody was an awesome online sales associate. My girlfriend lives in Tulsa while I live in OKC. She needed a new washer / dryer combo after giving birth to our first baby boy during the latest Artic Cold Snap here in Oklahoma. While attempting to place the order for the LG Machines she just had to have, I had to communicate with her via Google hangout texts. Despite the latency and difficulties, Cody remained patient with the both of us and He honored the President's Day Sale price that she was quoted 5 days after the sale was over. We are sorely appreciative for the understanding and patience shown to us that day. I needed to buy a washer & dryer for my family. Michael listened to what I said.
He asked pertaining questions, and then showed me what would fit my need.
He was patient while I consulted on the phone with my family. He double checked measurements to be sure machines would fit in the allotted space.

Michael was knowledgeable, helpful (without being pushy) and friendly. I truly appreciated his guidance.
