I had the pleasure of working with John Mercier this past Saturday. I've associated Hahn with excellence since 2011 when I bought appliances for my first house. I've used them ever since. I got a chuckle as I overheard a customer working with another salesperson, "so what is the difference between buying from Hahn vs. Lowe's or Home Depot?"

The short answer: "There's a significant difference."

I'll use my experience with John as my response: The salespeople at Hahn put the customer first. No pushy sales, no pressure. I spent the better part of 30 minutes asking John about specific items and if they were in stock. He made a mental note of the product ID and walked back to his computer to check stock. We repeated that exercise (well, John was the one that got the exercise) many times just for the refrigerator. The washer/dryer combo was less... Read more >
