Went in to purchase a refrigerator, but the model had been discontinued but we were able to find another model that fit our needs. Phillip was a great salesmen to work with and listened to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. I liked that at Hahn, they balance their interaction with the customer by being present when you need them but not being too pushy. I’ve gone to other store and salespeople were not to be found and others to be overbearing.

It was a pretty easy sale since I knew i wanted a speed queen washer. However the sales person (Randy) was great in explaining the features and differences between the models and in relaying his own experience with a
Speed Queen washer.

The overall shopping experience was good. Lots of variety of products. The salesman was very helpful and courteous. The only thing that could have made it better was if they salesman was a little bit more knowledgeable of some of the Appliances functions.
