The in person service is fantastic even by phone. They will work with you to find the appliance which best meets your needs. Recently my fridge died suddenly. I was in danger of losing some very expensive life sustaining medication. They came thru with a fridge. This is not always easy with today's manufacturing schedules being adversely impacted by covid.
