Great Experience!
My husband and I went to Hahn Appliance-Tulsa to purchase a refrigerator and dishwasher. We had done extensive research online and knew which ones we wanted. We went over to the refrigerator department to look for the model. We were greeted by a very nice gentleman, Jordan. We told him what we were there for. He asked me for the model number. He took us right to it so we could look at it, and make sure it was what we wanted. It was priced a little higher than a local competitor. I shared that info, and was thrilled when he said they would price match it. They didn’t not have the dishwasher in stock that we wanted, but Jordan found a comparable mode, and we were just as pleased with the features of it. Went in to purchase a refrigerator, but the model had been discontinued but we were able to find another model that fit our needs. Phillip was a great salesmen to work with and listened to what we were looking for and answered all of our questions. I liked that at Hahn, they balance their interaction with the customer by being present when you need them but not being too pushy. I’ve gone to other store and salespeople were not to be found and others to be overbearing. Read more >
