Delivery was free from Tulsa to McAlester. The installation and extended warranty and haul off was cheaper then lowes. I also paid lower price for the gas stove. They showed up as scheduled and texted with updates.

Shopped online, then spoke to a salesman. He made it very easy to get what I wanted.

The communication from Hahn was superb and timely. Their delivery notifications and updates were helpful for my busy schedule. The delivery process was seamless. They showed up on time with all the tools they needed to dispose of my current washing machine and install the new one. I also have hardwood (original from 1930's) and was concerned about scratches as a company I had used before left one large one when changing out their appliances. Happy to no scratches or any unwanted marks! As a bonus, before bringing the new machine in they asked if I wanted to clean the spot where the old one sat. I appreciated that thoughtfulness as it hadn't crossed my mind. They confirmed it worked and was all set up prior to leaving. Both men were very pleasant, made small talk, and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Would absolutely recommend!
