My salesman Brit White was a superstar! I told him exactly what Refrigerator I wanted and why. He explained to me why he couldn't sell me what I wanted because it doesn't exist but concluded with a few options that he could deliver to me and why he chose them in detail. When I say detail I MEAN detail! He listened to me so closely that when he made his alternate pitch it included a refrigerator with handles that would match my existing appliances. Mind blown!!! So why only give a 4 star well after receiving such red carpet white glove behind the velvet rope treatment from Brit, I expected the same from cashier when he handed me off. Unfortunately Ms Lee made me feel embarrassed and treated me like I was suspected thief. I get it a purchase that large on a credit card needs ID confirmation BUT does it?
