Tyler saved the day - fridge on delivery was damaged, first manager unhelpful and unprofessional. Tyler made it right by promising a switch at an earlier date and allowed us to use the broken fridge in the meantime. This kind of customer service is why we will return to Hahn every time over the big box stores. Great job!

The associate who helped us was wonderful and I do not recall her name (shame on me). We walked in, let her know we needed an upright freezer and needed to check if we’d got the warranty on our washer because it was leaking. After a while we picked a freezer and we did not even have to remind her about the washer, she went right over to look it up, printed the warranty info for me, and then had us worked up to pay and pick up our freezer. Every visit I’ve had to Hahn had been so smooth and pleasant, I will never buy anywhere else again.
