We went into Hahn looking for a refrigerator and a washer/dryer set. We worked with Phil who was great! He answered every question and we had him running from one end of the store to the other checking stock, pricing, availability and helping other customer in between, but never forgetting about us. He was funny and personable and patient with my two year old son who was bored and became a bit restless at the end. We purchased everything we went in for. We have bought all of our appliances though Hahn Appliances. They know how to take care of their customers.
**We attempted to by our dishwasher through Home Depot of 71St and 169 this time only because Hahn didn’t have what we were looking for at the time. That was a huge mistake. We ordered the dishwasher and they came out to deliver it. The installers told us that they could not do it because we had copper pipes. We told them the installers that we would have a plumber come fix the issue and asked them to hook up what they can. We were told they couldn’t do it. My husband called the store and talked to the manager and the manager approved them to do what we asked. The installers got upset that we went over there heads to get approval for this and decided to take the dishwasher and leave.
