Our refrigerator went out on New Year’s Eve, thank goodness for the 30 yr old “green” fridge in the garage! My niece and her husband are both employed by Hahn, I called her and was transferred to a sales person and over the phone I purchased a new LG fridge! (Which I love) They were awesome to deal with, down to the 2 men who delivered and set it up! Had tried to get a whirlpool cook top at one of the orange big box stores and made the order only to get told out of stock and no available shipping date. Waited six weeks and called to find information on progress only to be told the order was cancelled without any notification to me. Thank for the great service. Called Hahn with same info and was in stock and delivery available for the next week and I saved money on top of much better knowledgeable customer service.
