Fusion Cleaning came highly recommended to me through a social media site and after my recent experience with them, I can understand why. The young man who came out to clean my carpets was on time, professional and seemed to care about the quality of his work. He spent extra time trying to remove a few stains that would not come out. Unfortunately, the stains could not be removed. Fusion Cleaning followed up a few days later via email to ask if the carpets were cleaned to my satisfaction. I let them them know about the stains and Scot, the owner, came out himself to assess. He then spent 2.5 hours working on the stains, all at no additional cost to me, and the stains finally came up! I highly recommend Fusion Cleaning and will definitely be using them again!
