Scott was amazing from the get go. I saw an ad on Facebook offering basic services for what seemed like a ridiculously low rate. So, I went to the website, and did my homework. I asked for a quote for services via the website and was pleased with the quote. Today, Scott came to my house. He cleaned my dryer vent, did a small carpet repair where I have heavy traffic and cleaned my entire downstairs, stairway, and upstairs hallways. He treated for pet stains as well. I'm am extremely pleased with the service and result. I ended up getting more services than offered through the ridiculously low rate advertised on Facebook, but because I mentioned the ad, Scott gave me the same amount off of the services I chose. I am so pleased! I have two cats, and already I can tell the difference in the amount of pet dander. I will make a point to have my carpets cleaned more often. And...
