A quote was given based on the number of rooms and stairs that I had, and the time was scheduled almost immediately. The communication was great with reminders and confirmations. At the time of the appointment they were prompt, professional, and the carpets now look fantastic! I would definitely recommend this company.

From the get-go I was very impressed with the professionalism and follow up of this company. They clearly spend some money on their website and software for pricing and follow up to connect with potential and current customers. My technician worked around my schedule and was on time. He was courteous, came in and inspected the project, explained the process to me, and then got to work. He was diligent and thorough, and I was very pleased with the end result. I intend to call this company again for additional carpet and possibly duct cleaning.
