First lets start out that I'm really not happy about leaving bad reviews. I'm a small business and know how this effects the public usage, but I really feel its necessary to educate the user. Ok, I understand you need to schedule with a half hour window. But the time I was suppose to have the cleaner here between that time he was late and I had to call the business owner to find out if they were coming. A simple phone call could of eliminated this all. My philosophy on business is , customer first for good customer service. I was told by the tech that the carpet dries in 4-8 hours. Ok, well I had 2 double fans on my stairs for over 15 hours and they are still damp. My downstairs carpet is almost dry but can still feel the moisture when you push down on the fibers. I really don't like leaving comments like this because I don't like tearing apart or showing the faults of small business,...
