I felt as the representative rushed through the carpet cleaning. Labor Day weekend and a last minute large job scheduled same day and wasn’t thrilled about having to do it. I had 3 rooms a hallway and stairs and 3 couches. I told them the stairs were the most soiled. I was told the solution was needed to stay on for 15 minutes - he left it in for 5 minutes. The stairs were done in 5 minutes don’t look any better than before. I had one- just ONE stain in the carpet - doesn’t look any better than it did before. Mind you no pets in this house. My daughter spilled something surely I thought it would come out if not look way better than it did. $600 later and not satisfied.

He was prompt, very professional and was quite knowledgeable when we discussed the various types of carpet fibers and what cleaning process would be best for mine. I've had Fusion Cleaning come out to my house multiple times now for deep carpet cleanings - every experience has been great! The online estimate is fast and accurate, the communication is efficient and informative (but not pestering), the staff is courteous, and they do a great job getting the carpets clean - even getting out some tougher stains from doggy accidents. Highly recommend!

They've cleaned tile and carpet as well as stretched carpet for us. The carpets always feel great and smell so fresh when finished. Can't recommend them enough.

Customer service was excellent. Results were NOT 5 star which is disappointing since their reviews overall are very good. I had the carpets done prior to moving in and I'm glad I did, the carpets were so saturated, water came up when it was stepped on, it couldn't be walked on for three days. I paid extra for the scent treatment and got a wet carpet smell. When the carpets finally dried, they were crusty and did not look as though they'd been cleaned at all. Sadly, I would not recommend them to anyone and the results did not fit the bill
