I’ve used fusion clean before for cleaning carpet services however, this time around we are not pleased. There are washable crayon marks in the middle of the carpet the machine did not even touch those stains. If anything it took the guy maybe 40 minutes to clean two rooms and a set of stairs and seems like I have a new spot coming up that wasn’t even there before the carpet cleaning happened. We were just left with a stinky wet carpet. It also felt rushed on top of the guy being 45min late.
