My name is Debra I was was starting to have a downward journey with my health. I was constantly waiting for flairups. Thinking there was nothing else I could do, ( my mother died of colon cancer) I thought maybe that was my direction. With answered Prayer I was able too find my Amazing Functional Nutrition Team ( Jennette Berry,Mika, Amy and others behind the scene,)They are beyond helpful with guidance and directions,I myself am learning,self discipline, focus, and better life skills that are very doable. Thank You again My Function all Team. I started my journey November 2 2020. I already have more energy, actually tasting and enjoying my meals better, I have even lost 22#. I am totally 100 percent in to this New Life Style. Best thing I ever did and am doing for a better me!!!!

I've eliminated nearly all of the migraines and joint pain I'd been dealing with for 15+ years. My skin has improved, especially the itchy bumps on the backs of my arms that had always been there and I never really thought much about. They're completely gone! I now have energy like never before, waking up naturally at 6:30 each morning, ready to go, and maintaining that energy level well into the evening. My body, just in general, feels good. I'm not bloated at all, I can think clearly, and being pain-free and full of energy has reopened doors I didn't realize had slowly been closed over the years.

medical professionals. Things were going on that no one in the medical field wanted to do anything about, except
prescribe things to treat the symptoms. My blood glucose levels were increasing and I could not figure out why. The doctor just prescribed more medicine. I could not lose any weight although I thought I was eating and exercising pretty well for someone with type 2 diabetes. Another reason that I wanted to get healthy is because heart disease runs in my family.

I was literally at my wits' end when I decided to explore FNR. And I am glad I did! Have seen a good amount of recovery in a relatively short period of time. After following the program for a little over three months, I have more energy, I've lost 18 pounds and have lowered my blood pressure. I am feeling better with no stomach bloating/gas or acid reflux. I have also noticed I'm loosing less hair and I have less swelling in my feet and legs. I have not had a migraine since beginning the program. While I still have some issues to resolve, I am very pleased with the progress so far. It has been a lot of changes and a lot of hard work but it has been worth it.

Love this group! I am recommending to all of my family and friends. I didn't realize just how bad that I felt until I started feeling better after doing this program. I will continue to use the tools and practices they have taught me from now on. Everyone at Functional Nutrition is so caring, patient, friendly and helpful. This is just such a great group! I can't say enough good things about them.

Life changing! I have been in chronic pain for over 20 years, have auto immune thyroid disease, and auto immune related colitis. My primary care doc told me there was nothing more she could do to help me, so, she sent me to Functional Nutrition as a last resort...In 4 months, I am out of pain, my energy is better than it has been in years, my colitis is much better, and my brain fog has lifted! My doc said at my last visit it is miracle, and I agree!!!
