Functional Nutrition Resources has changed my life for the better. Before finding this program I struggled daily with fatigue, brain fog, bloating and irritability. I tried dieting and nothing was working. Within a few weeks of starting the program I could tell a major difference in my health. I now have so much energy and can keep up with my kids. I am able to perform tasks at work more efficiently and am not struggling with constant bloating. I even lost a little weight which is a plus! So far so GREAT! I wanted to address my autoimmune issues (RA and secondary symptoms) by improving my diet, and to avoid medications if at all possible, I just didn't know where to begin. FNR's 'food as medicine' approach and focus on finding the root causes of my issues aligned with my goals. The step by step instruction and education has made it easy for me to start feeling better fast. I am 2 months in to the 6 month program and already seeing noticeable reductions in all my symptoms. The team is always helpful and encouraging, and provides lots of information and resource material. I'm looking forward to learning more and continuing to feel better as I move through the program. This is truly something I couldn't have done on my own.
