I can honestly say I am amazed by how much better I feel since working with Functional Nutrition Resources. I'm eating healthier, I've lost weight, my back doesn't hurt anymore, my skin looks healthier than ever, and I'm sleeping so much better. I can fit into my old clothes again so I now have a whole new wardrobe!
The biggest surprise has been how easy the changes were to make. I feel like I've gotten my energy and confidence back - I honestly feel 19 again and I am 66 years old :) I know I can live with this new way of eating and living forever.
The support and knowledge of the FNR staff is top notch. I learned things about my body that I had no idea before FNR. They customized my plan to fit me and my body chemistry. I have learned so much about the food I eat and what my body can handle. There are so many myths out there. This has really been an eye opener for me....

When we first came to FNR, our 15 year old daughter was afraid to eat. Everything she ate would upset her stomach so much that she was limiting her food. FNR was such a blessing!! They ran multiple tests and figured out a plan for healing her gut (and body). Now, she can eat almost anything. She no longer has a fear of food!! They helped her heal her body. FNR is a straight forward approach that works! Eat good foods, pay attention to how you are feeling, and ask for help. My issues with passing out have decreased significantly and moved into mild vertigo from time to time. I am off all medication (BP & Diabetic) and my blood pressure is slowly becoming normal. My glucose levels are normal throughout the day while eating on the program.
