Thank you FNR for showing me a new life. I am so grateful for the wonderful ladies working here. I came into this with so many health issues, since starting and staying consistent I have gotten off of four medications and lost 17 pounds !

FNR is a straight forward approach that works! Eat good foods, pay attention to how you are feeling, and ask for help. My issues with passing out have decreased significantly and moved into mild vertigo from time to time. I am off all medication (BP & Diabetic) and my blood pressure is slowly becoming normal. My glucose levels are normal throughout the day while eating on the program.

Dr Berry and her staff is amazing. They are very thorough and knowledgeable. They provide a health plan and support that I have never experienced before. If you are wanting to take control of your health this is where you start.

After over a quarter century since our youngest was born (33, 30, 27), it was time for me to lose the baby fat. When I found Functional Nutrition Resources, I was struggling. I was convinced I was headed toward rheumatoid arthritis. FNR has been such a blessing in my life. I was at an extreme low with pains, exhaustion, fighting to want to be alive and a part of everyday activities.
