Before I met the caring staff at Functional Nutrition Resources, my body constantly felt like I had worked out hard but never recovered; I hurt all the time. It ‘s really hard to know where to start for me. But here goes. Going to FNR has changed my life. The way I think about food. It wasn’t easy but so worth it. I am better one day at a time, with sometimes two steps backwards but I have never regretted walking into the practice of FNR.
Eating healthy, exercising, living life (travel with my husband, visiting family and friends), getting rest without stress and just resetting plus resting when I need to. Knowing who am I these days are what I want to accomplish. Taking care of myself isn’t selfish. It’s what I do so I can be there for others. I may not do everything exactly right but I am a whole lot better than I was.
Please give this group a try. I didn’t get everything when I went through the program so I have still been signing up yearly and having FNR team members do necessary labs to check my bloodwork and going...
