I am thankful that they showed up when they did. Rescuing my kids most precious stuffed animals made losing everything a little bit easier on our family. I would love it if they provided a price list or some kind of idea of what they charge for this service, because I have no idea how much of my restoration budget was used. I don’t know if it was just with me that they dropped the ball on communication, but I was told that our stuff would be ready in 48 to 72 hours, but I did not hear anything or get any updates until I called a week later. I am not sure if it took that long for our stuff to get cleaned or if they just failed to follow up. With all that we are having to deal with, it would be nice if they took the initiative to reach out at least once every couple of days with a status update. Overall, I would give them four stars.
