I loved Freedom Health Systems with Dr. Leona Allen because: since June when I first started to now I have learned a new healthy way of eating and I made a healthy lifestyle change. She help me to think positive with my condition which is (MS). She has help me be able to go to the bathroom more frequently than I have ever been. I am able to walk a little faster, I have a better mindset. I love the fact that she focuses on you personally. I enjoyed our one on one sessions. She was always able to answer all my questions so I can understand. I will use all the tools that she has given me during this program.
