Honestly, I am not a huge fan of cold calls but I just happen to be looking for contractors to do work on my house in order for me to sell it. The initial call was absolutely no pressure about listening to his spiel which turned out to be a blessing! I ended up setting an appointment for a free, no obligations walk through. They asked plenty of questions but listened to me about the work I had already done to the property. Then they gave me a very fair offer for the property's location and the amount of work that needed to be done. I took their offer and they set up literally everything else. I just had to be there for the inspection and that was just to let them in and then have everything moved out before closing. Met them at the title company and just signed where I needed to. It was very cut and dry and super smooth.

This business and the people who work there are FABULOUS!!! IT WAS A MIRACLE . I had little hope of selling quickly and there Joey was with the perfect answer. Very quickly and easily the house was sold, in ONE day! How wonderful it was. The closing I chose and everything was how I needed it to be. They are professional, caring, knowledgeable people who kept in touch frequently to make sure I was doing well and if I had ANY questions or needs. I LOVED working with them!
