FloorTech Concrete Coating was patient with my request to have the concrete floor at our walkout basement coated. It was under a deck and vinyl ceiling. When it would rain water would drip onto concrete floor for like 5 days. They were unable to cover our concrete floor the day it was scheduled due to water on the floor. They made a couple attempts but each time there was water on the floor. I told them I would call them when the floor was dry. They did not give up on me.

They came out as soon as I left them know the floor was dry. They did a wonderful job. I highly recommend them.

The installation went very smoothly and the workers were outstanding and efficient. My wife and I are incredibly pleased.
