In the process of selling my house, I had an Inspection 2 weeks ago. The Inspection found cracked tiles and cracked mortar joints. In May of 2020, 5 Guys had repaired my roof, due to a water leak and also inspected the whole roof for cracked tiles and mortar joints, all with a 5 year warranty. All the original work was supposedly repaired, by one of there teams. When I received the Inspection report, I couldn't believe what it found. I contacted 5 Guys Roofing immediately, regarding the inspection report. Unfortunately the team that did my original work, in May, didn't do all of the work they were supposed to. 5 Guys stood by their warranty, and had a team come out and make the necessary repairs stated in the inspection report, at no cost to me. I would definitely recommend 5 Guys, They are a very professional organization, and quality organization!

2 young professionals arrived early and were super nice. We needed a back porch roof repaired. Previous owners did a sloppy job & left big pockets of tar which now was leaking on our newly installed turf. The 2 guys, from Five Guys, understood what needed to be done, and proceeded with the repair expertly. Most everything was done in about 4 hrs & then returned a second day for about an hour to seal everything up. We're VERY happy with the work they did and will absolutely be using them again.
