Another great experience with Five Guys Roofing. I recently purchased a rental house in McCormick Ranch that had an old roof in need of repairs. One roofer wanted to replace the entire roof. For a reasonable price, Five Guys repaired the roof to get me several more years of use with the existing roof (saving me thousands).

Five Guys do excellent work. They just completed some follow up repair work and the workmanship was outstanding. Plus the crew were polite and on time. Highly recommend Five Guys!

I own a large commercial building and recently worked with Dave regarding repairs or a possible replacement of the foam roof. The roof still had five years left on its warranty, but the original contractor was not honoring it

Dave inspected the roof and gave me honest, straightforward advice about what he would do if it were his own building. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he helped me get the original contractor to stand behind their warranty and make the necessary repairs. He spent a lot of time answering questions and offering guidance—even when it meant talking himself out of a job.

That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find these days. If you're considering a roof repair or replacement, I highly recommend talking with Dave. 5 stars to you Dave and Five Guys Roofing!!

I have used 5 Guys Roofing on my personal home with flat tiles and my grandparents’ home with clay tiles and have been very impressed with the experience from start to finish. We also received several bids on my grandparents’ and 5 Guys was very competitive with no surprises. I have since referred them to a friend who manages commercial buildings with foam roofs and she been happy as well. Disclosure, we have not purchased roofing services from 5 guys, however our neighbor in our commercial complex adjacent to us was having their roof redone. As a car repair facility, we always have customer cars in the area, and we arrived to our workspace with ALL our cars carefully covered with protective wraps to prevent any potential dusting from their services (which there was ZERO).

Thoroughly impressed with that level of detail vs just coming over and telling us to move our cars or its our problem.

The staff was super kind and helpful and most importantly, not a single drop was put on any of our property!

Even during an unexpected emergency situation, they immediately paused what they were doing to clear the driveway—picking up nails and ensuring everything was safe for the emergency vehicles. They kept things calm and professional the entire time, which really demonstrated their reliability. This gives me full confidence in the quality they bring to both residential and commercial projects, and I’m looking forward to our next venture together within the next few weeks. Five Guys was great to work with after reviewing the needs of the property with multiple roofing contractors, Five Guys was the right choice. Jay helped get us started with an honest opinion based in deep knowledge of what needed to be addressed. Once completed, Roberto was great to catch a couple minor things he wanted better before signing off on the finished project and kept us updated as to what needed to be done and timeliness to expect.
