Five Guys Roofing & Air

Best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Sam was an awesome sales guy and the field representative was great as well.

We had 5 guys roofing come out to install a new underlayment on our tile roof. They were competitively priced and did a good job. Good communication throughout, flexible on scheduling, staff were easy to contact throughout.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with Five Guys Roofing—from the office staff, to Jesse who did the inspection, and finally to the two gentleman that completed the work. They were all knowledgeable, efficient, easy to communicate with and very fair with the cost of the project! I highly recommend Five Guys Roofing for all roofing needs and would not consider any one else!!

Third time I have used Five Guys in the last seven years for three different areas of my roof.

Five Guys was highly professional in quickly inspecting my roof, providing a fair estimate, and completing the work before the start of the Monsoons.

I contacted Dave at 5 Guys Roofing to repair some damage to my roof. They came out a couple of days later and completed the work. The roofers were very professional, right on time and my roof looks great. I can’t thank Dave and his crew enough. I will definitely use them in the future

First of all, I have to start off by saying that Kenny and Von are a killer duo and they exceeded my expectations of this service tremendously.

The two gentleman showed up a little early and said they would patiently wait until I was ready to begin the process. We started a little early which was fine by me. I showed them how to access the roof (through our house, up the stairs, where the staircase goes up to a livable rooftop). They were respectful of our home and made me feel comfortable with a process that I had not gone through before.

They did not stop working I swear; Von was killing it up there in the heat! It’s not about speed though, the quality looks superb. Kenny’s customer service was off the charts.

Grade A work and Grade A customer service.

Dave Nicholas went above and beyond and exceeded my wildest expectations as a roofing account manager. If I could give him 6 stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
