Marcellis and his team did a great job with my flooded basement. The team put in long hours and went above and beyond! Also communication was great and calls always returned.

Since I had such a positive experience with the owner of this company in the past, I decided to call him when another problem arose. The inspection and the subsequent work in the basement for mold was excellent. Q and Tyler were knowledgeable and did such a professional job. They explained what was being done and they did it. Mr. Mosby, the owner was never too busy to answer my calls with any questions I might have had. An excellent company, owner and employees that get the job done and done right.

Within hours, they were onsite with equipment and a clear plan to mitigate the damage.

Where to begin? I can't say enough about the service Marcellis and Ross provided. I have worked with other restoration companies in the past. First and Last is by far the best. Their whole team was very professional and attentive. The workers kept the remediation work site clean and isolated, worked with our scheduled availability, and were very respectable. Looking forward to using First and Last for the reconstruction!
