Everyone I have encountered at First & Last Restoration were amazing! The customer service was so great and made the stress and struggle of having to deal with unexpected water damage to my basement. It was great to be able to stick with the same company for the full mitigation and reconstruction process. Overall, my experience was so great I asked them to look into another project I need done around the house.

During the mitigation process after the water damage, Justin was very pleasant, and I appreciated him being my first contact explaining everything before and after. First contact and impression is so important. (Even making sure he cleared my property out of the way or area impacted for me). Zack and Jose apart of the same team were also nice and kind.
