Very positive experience. Our attic air handler condensation pipe joint somehow separated (our HVAC company fixed that), which caused water to leak through the master bath ceiling below. I called First Call very early morning and by day's end wet attic insulation and remaining water were removed and dehumidifier's and fans were running. Read more >

COULDN’T BE HAPPIER
I had First Call out to my house this week and am so glad I did. Mike came out and walked me through a thorough estimate that took a solid 90min of his time. He was great, explaining what was needed and why, and even prioritizing what should be done first if I was unable to afford everything at one time. His crew showed up a couple of days later. They was right on time, worked through an entire nine hour day without stop, explained what had been done and what areas I was to stay away from overnight, and they returned the following day bright and early and finished up the job. When all was done Scott took some time and explained where things were at and what the next steps should be when I’m ready. Very poor communication from this company.

Mike - I have never received a call from you. I asked your tech several times to keep in touch with me because I was not present "at the time of service". Did your company respond quickly to the call from my HOA? Yes. And the techs that were sent were very nice but there was no follow up from your company. The fact is, I was out of town when the incident happened and as the owner of the condo, there has been zero communication with me about it. Read more >

After a major water leak in our home we called First Call Restoration for help in dealing with the damage and cleanup. They responded to the call quickly and within 2 days were here taking care of the situation. The crew were professional and courteous and explained everything they would be doing. They made sure the area was clean after the demolition work and dealt with all the debris making a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
