I called several companies throughout Westchester, First Call was the last one I reached yet most responsive and got started on the remediation work after a flood almost immediately. They were well into the clean up before other companies even responded my messages. They wore booties in the house, very clean and respectful. They finished everything in less than two days. Due to poor ventilation in our attic, we ended up with a mold problem which required significant remediation. The First Call team explained what we should expect during the process, then did everything they said they would do while ensuring that we were adequately protected from harmful fumes etc. They did a very thorough job and their work was approved by a licensed NYS mold assessor. We were faced with a horrible nightmare situation due to an irresponsible tenant.
