My experience with First Call Restoration that began on Monday February 4, 2019 exceeded all of my expectations. My initial phone conversations which I had with Janice and Melissa from their main office were friendly, professional, and reassuring. As promised, two equally friendly and reassuring company field technicians (Nick and his helper Elijah) arrived at my house that same Monday afternoon just a few hours after the plumber finished repairing the burst water pipe that flooded my basement. Nick quickly assessed the situation and, at my request, was able to get a four man team there on early Wednesday morning to work on carefully moving out my basement contents along with the damaged wall to wall carpeting and padding.
