Janice took the time to answer my initial questions the first time that I called with no preasure to commit to contracting with First Call. She referred me to Mike the owner when I had questions that she thought he was better suited to answer. Mike was great from beginning to end. The technicians that performed the work were also very nice and accommodating. My wife and I were very concerned about the mold problem that we had in our house and First Call took us through the remediation process with patience and professionalism. We came gone from vacation to find our hot water had spit water all over the closet. We had tricolor mold from floor to ceiling and the floor under the water heater was spongy. Called First Call at the suggestion of our insurance adjuster and were really impressed with their work. Their team came in, dried up the water, vented the moldy air outside so our inside air quality was mold free. The office staff was kind and caring with all our questions and concerns. We got our room back in good time and were certainly happy with the service we received. We would never call anyone else should the need ever arise again.

At a particularly overwhelming and stressful point in time, Nick stepped in with a calm, compassionate, and focused demeanor. Nick and Alex spent hours upon hours moving the belongings they could save and carefully discarding those they could not. Always available to answer questions, sometimes the same questions more than once because this event had not really set in yet, Nick was patient and understanding in providing guidance and direction.
