I think your workers were professional and easy to work with. I feel totally over charged and basically ripped off by the charge of $3000. I don't feel you and your company were ethical and will advise the people who recommended you about by concerns. I also was asked by friend to recommend a mold remediation crew and advised them about my feelings re you company. I may post on line but for now don't really want to do that.....

It was a pleasant experience working with First Call Restoration. I initially spoke with Janice, who was through and efficient setting up the appointment for someone to come and give an estimate. The date of the appointment for the estimate, Mike Hogan, was prompt and explained the process of mold remediation in detail. I received a detailed estimate the next day and was able to set up an appointment for the following week to start the work. (the estimate was the best price of all the companies that gave an estimate)
The day the job started, Mike Hogan and his crew arrived on time and went right to work. When the job was near completion, the foreman, Mark, called me to let me know when I could return to the house. I would highly recommend First Call Restoration to anyone needing their services.
