My dealings with FCR were very positive, from my first call to the office and speaking with Janice, to meeting Mike as he took all the specifications of the job, to having Mark and Rob actually perform the remediation, to speaking with Tracy at the conclusion of the remediation. Due to an installation problem with my new furnace, I had serious water damage to my floors and insulation in my crawl space which resulted in a severe mold problem. First Call was able to remedy the situation in a timely fashion. They also kept me informed about what was being done. And the time frame that was expected. They were extremely pleasant to work with and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them.

First Call was fantastic from the beginning. Their quote was the most detailed of all 3 I received. They were not the cheapest but were within 15% and I chose them based off other reviews of how they handle undiscovered problems. This turned out the be a good decision. There were multiple walls that turned out needed to be taken out and the excess charges were very affordable. I hope to never need them again but will definitely only place one call to them if I do.
