Due to poor ventilation in our attic, we ended up with a mold problem which required significant remediation. The First Call team explained what we should expect during the process, then did everything they said they would do while ensuring that we were adequately protected from harmful fumes etc. They did a very thorough job and their work was approved by a licensed NYS mold assessor.
